Return & Exchange Policy
At ARO, we aim to ensure that every customer receives their furniture in perfect condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once the issue is verified, ARO will arrange for a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered damaged or defective
- The incorrect product was delivered
- The issue is reported within the required timeframe
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used after delivery
- Damage occurs due to misuse or improper handling
- The customer changes their mind after delivery
- The product has been modified or altered
Replacement Process
Once a return request is approved, ARO will arrange pickup and replacement depending on product availability.
