At ARO, we aim to ensure that every customer receives their furniture in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once the issue is verified, ARO will arrange for a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • The incorrect product was delivered
  • The issue is reported within the required timeframe

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used after delivery
  • Damage occurs due to misuse or improper handling
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery
  • ⁠The product has been modified or altered

Replacement Process

Once a return request is approved, ARO will arrange pickup and replacement depending on product availability.
